Two Cultures,
one Table.
For nearly 40 years, the Lim family has been running the Han Kung China Restaurant in Chur — currently at Kornplatz 12 — a place where the quiet precision of Cantonese tradition meets the open warmth of Graubünden. Here, food is not just cooked, but preserved.
The menu follows classic Cantonese categories: soups and starters, scampi and fish, chicken, duck, beef and pork, vegetables and noodles. Added to this are influences from Malaysia — the family's home — and some Japanese dishes we prepare with the same care.
We take our time. For the ducks, for the broths, for every dish that finds its way to your table. And for our guests — whether for the lunch menu or a long dinner.
